New Vice President strengthens Crocs Leadership Team

Crocs Inc. announced that it has selected Stephen Keating to fill the newly created position of Vice President of Global Tax. In this role, Mr. Keating will be responsible for developing and providing global tax policies, strategic tax solutions and ensuring proper tax accounting for GAAP and statutory purposes. Prior to joining Crocs, Mr. Keating served as the vice president of worldwide tax for more than a decade for Computer Associates, Inc., a multi-billion dollar computer software company. At Computer Associates, Mr. Keating was responsible for all areas of tax which included financial reporting, planning, audits, transfer pricing, compliance and oversight of approximately 100 mergers, acquisitions and business integrations in various countries. Other key achievements include establishing US and foreign transfer pricing policies on cross-border inter-company charges including royalties, management fees and more. “We are excited to welcome Stephen to the Crocs team,” said Russ Hammer, CFO of Crocs, Inc. “Stephen`s expertise will be invaluable when planning tax consequences of current and prospective business activities.
